Attorney-at-Law, Senior Associate, Master of Laws (LL.M.) Tiina Kekäläinen has been assisting companies in their various business law matters for nearly 10 years. She is especially experienced in information technology, biotechnology, intellectual property rights and contracts. In addition to Kalliolaw, she has worked for several years in a multinational IT company in Helsinki and in another law firm specialized in business law. She participated in a post-graduate program in International, European, and Comparative Law in Brussels in 2005–2006 and a course on international business law in 2000. She has negotiated several significant international contracts in the technology field.
