Attorney-at-Law, Senior Associate, Sari Laukkanen focuses on companies’ corporate and administrative issues and contracts as well as on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Kalliolaw she has worked for several investment banks, a law firm in Luxembourg, and a Helsinki-based company providing services to technology companies relating to financing, acquisitions, and technology transfers. She has also worked for the EU Court in Luxembourg and taken part in the international legal program between 1993 and 1994 at Strasbourg University, France.
