Attorney-at-Law, MBA, Specialist Counsel Pekka Holopainen focuses on corporate advisory, mining and contracts of various kinds. Prior to joining Kalliolaw he served almost 15 years as General Counsel and as in-house Legal Counsel for international corporations both in Finland and abroad. He has also worked in law firms in Finland and in Germany prior to in-house positions. Pekka Holopainen has considerable experience in international and domestic contracts and transactions including M&A as well as corporate governance issues. In addition to a masters degree in law from the University of Helsinki he has a masters degree in law from the University of Bonn, Germany and an MBA from the London Business School.
